Triumph Register Sponsorship - Vendor and Sponsorship Information for the 2017

National Convention to be held August 16th thru 19th in Princeton, New Jersey.

Sponsors – A company, organization, or individual that has made a financial contribution to VTR 2017 in

exchange for the considerations shown below within the designated Sponsorship Levels.


Sponsorship Levels

2017 Convention Naming Rights, $10,000 (Of which $7,500 must be in monetary funds – see below.)

(Only one available and only for a limited time.)

Your company name will appear as part of the event logo and will precede the event name wherever it

appears on all expository and promotional materials: to include all major signage, banner(s), front side

of participant lanyards, program book, and t-shirts. For example, if this sponsorship were to be awarded

to the Smith Motors and Insurance Company, the event name would appear as such: SMITH MOTORS

AND INSURANCE 2017 VTR NATIONAL MEET AT PRINCETON.

This sponsorship level includes primary inside vendor space of approximately 40’ x 10’; Recognition at

Awards Banquet; Thank you Plaque; Placement of items provided by sponsor in participant goodie bags;

Ten Banquet tickets.

For this sponsorship level only, in lieu of additional financial support beyond $7,500, the retail value of

additional materials to achieve the $10,000 threshold will be considered in the sole discretion of the

designated Sponsorship Director. Such non-cash contribution could be in the form of parts for show

gifts, auction items, shirts, bags, etc.

Please note: Naming rights will be granted without delay in order to allow for the development and

completion of the 2017 promotional materials. Sponsor financial contribution must be received within

14 days of the award of Convention Naming Rights to the sponsoring organization.


Super Sponsor, $5,000 (only three available)

This sponsorship level includes logo on all major signage and event banner(s) - prominence equal to 90%

of event logo; Logo on back side of participant lanyards; Sponsor choice re full page color ad location

(first come first served): 1) Inside front cover of program book; or 2) Inside back cover of program book;

or 3) Outside back cover of program book. Sponsorship will also include Primary inside vendor space of

approximately 35’ x 10’; Recognition at Awards Banquet; Thank you Plaque; Placement of items

provided by sponsor in participant goodie bags; Six Banquet tickets.


Platinum, $2,500

This sponsorship level includes logo on all major signage and event banner(s) - prominence equal to

approximately 80% of event logo; Full page color ad in front section of program book; Primary inside

vendor space of approximately 30’ x 10’; Recognition at Awards Banquet; Thank you Plaque; Placement

of items provided by sponsor in participant goodie bags; Four Banquet tickets.


Gold, $2,000

This sponsorship level includes logo placement within program book; Full page color ad in back section

of program book; Primary inside vendor space approximately of 20’ x 10’; Recognition at Awards

Banquet; Thank you Plaque; Placement of items provided by sponsor in participant goodie bags; Three

Banquet tickets.


Silver, $1,000

This sponsorship level includes logo placement within program book; One half page (8”x5”) color ad in

body of program book; Primary inside vendor space of approximately 15’ x 10’; Recognition at Awards

Banquet; Thank you Plaque; Placement of items provided by sponsor in participant goodie bags; Two

Banquet tickets.


Bronze, $750

This sponsorship level includes logo placement within program book; One quarter page color ad (4”x5”)

in body of program book; Primary inside vendor space of approximately 10’ x 10’; Recognition at Awards

Banquet; Thank you Plaque; Placement of items provided by sponsor in participant goodie bags; One

Banquet ticket.


Individual, $50

Individual sponsorships are available for anyone wishing to support the 2017 VTR National Convention.

A minimum monetary contribution of $50 is required. Individual sponsors will be acknowledged by

name in the program book.


Naming Rights for Individual Convention Events

Naming Rights for individual events are also available. For example: the “Joe’s Garage Funkhana”, the

“Miller Motors Concours” or the “A-1 Autocross”. Please contact Mark or Peter for further information

on these sponsorship opportunities.


Vendors

A vendor is a business, organization, or individual that has purchased space on the sales floor at VTR

2017 for $125 per space. Multiple spaces may be purchased as supply allows, at the sole discretion of

VTR 2017. Vendors will receive:

􀀀 Secondary indoor sales floor space (sponsors are primary). Each vendor space is approximately

10’x10’. Placement of items provided by vendor in participant goodie bags.

􀀀 The purchase price includes one table per space.

Program Book Advertisers

A company, organization, or individual who places an ad in the VTR 2017 Program Book. Ad specs:

  •  Business Card 3.5”x2” $35
  •  ¼ Page 4”x5” $75
  •  ½ Page 8”x5” $150
  •  Full Page 8”x10” $300

The above rates are for black and white ads. Add $25 for full color ads.

Ads must be submitted via email by June 1, 2017. Any major graphic format will be accepted, PDF and

JPG files are preferred. Vector Art please.

Auction Items/Door Prize Donors

A company or organization that donates items for auction or door prize use. With a contribution of

items valued at $50 or more by June 1, 2017 the donor will receive mention in the program book, a

business card size ad and insertion of other items provided by the donor in participant goodie bags.

Participant Bag Item Suppliers

A company or organization that supplies automotive related flyers/coupons/samples (a 400 item

minimum applies) by July 15, 2017 to be included in the VTR 2017 participant goodie bags as a courtesy.

Goodie bags will be provided to each paid participant.

Conditions and Payment

Please make your check payable to VTR2017 and mail it to: VTR2017, c/o Kenneth Blair, 3 Pleasant

Place, Rockaway, NJ 07866-2913. Payment must be received by June 1, 2017 in order to receive the

appropriate inclusion in the program book. Thank you.

Sponsorship level is determined by monetary contribution; the value of gifts-in-kind is not considered.

All references to the size of vendor space is approximate and subject to the availability of space, and

tables, at the venue.

VTR 2017 and the New Jersey Triumph Association and Delaware Valley Triumphs Ltd as event

coordinators retain sole and exclusive rights to determine the appropriateness of all logos, advertising

materials, goodie bag items, or other promotional materials provided by sponsors and vendors, and

retains the right to decline inclusion or use for VTR 2017 purposes of any such item so deemed

inappropriate.
